Product Ident was founded in 2016 in Stuttgart, the automotive hub in southern Germany. Operating in a digital context, we provide market access and compliance solutions for SMEs in cross-border e-commerce and other digital formats across the EU and various other economies. Our services cover financial and tax compliance, product regulations, environmental responsibilities, data privacy, and carbon supply chain, delivered through products, services, training, and consulting.
Our co-founding team from Asia, along with industry experts with over 10 years of compliance experience in the EU, collaborates with consultants educated in Germany and Europe. Through a blend of digital skills, expertise, and business culture spanning Central Europe, we help products and services from Asian origins enter the European market compliantly, seamlessly, and sustainably. Our aim is to enhance the quality of life for individuals and institutional consumers across the European continent.

Looking ahead to the upcoming 2024, Product Ident GmbH will continue to be based in Germany, with a vision across Europe, focusing on providing EU product compliance, tax compliance, and German business registration services for China and other countries. Our China office is located in the Yangtze River Delta region of Nanjing, extending to the Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou industrial belt, to provide professional entry services to more cross-border enterprises and brands. Our goal is to become your most reliable EU compliance partner, jointly embracing new challenges and opportunities.
